As a lifelong entrepreneur, Rich has started and successfully managed close to 20 small businesses since 1985, when he graduated from the University of Florida. A Middle Tennessee resident for nearly 15 years, Rich currently lives in Franklin, TN. His son has recently graduated Union University in Jackson, TN and his daughter, currently attends Middle Tennessee State College in Murfreesboro, TN.
Allison Hines is currently a business broker with Prime 100 complimenting her 20 year background in accounting, business and real estate investing. As a real estate investor and realtor, Allison rehabbed and resold or managed numerous properties. Allison is a past president of the Real Estate Investors of Nashville and served on the board of the National Real Estate Investors becoming vice-president. She also developed an education program and training facility for the local chapter.
Allison was hired by Deloitte to assist in moving their headquarters from New York to Nashville. With her CPA and prior experience as an information technology manager at Nortel, she established an internal help desk supporting over 100 offices across the US in using client service and back office hardware and software systems. For 10 years she led a team of over 40 analysts and managers who performed software acceptance testing, project planning, user documentation, help desk support and training for all of the US offices.
Allison left Deloitte to follow her passion for traveling. She spent five years primarily living in Europe but visiting countries all over the world including China, Thailand, Australia, and Singapore. When returning from Europe she started her real estate investment career and managed all the financial, marketing, and office activities of an acoustical design firm, Steven Durr Designs, LLC. She also owns a commercial recording studio producing several new artists.
With her broad base of financial, business and real estate experience, it seemed a natural fit to become a business broker.

Married and the father of two accomplished sons, Steve and his wife have resided in Franklin since 1999, in love with the cultural, recreational and social opportunities the Greater Nashville area provides.
After graduating from Cumberland University with a degree in Business Administration, Brad served under many facets of business including operations, sales, finance, and even a little IT. His experience, entrepreneurial spirit and analytical skills have served him well. He’s known for his ability to provide kind and timely customer service while supporting the interests of all parties involved.
At the end of the day, Brad enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons. He also enjoys listening to music of most sorts, and he practices guitar and piano when he can find the time. On the weekends, you might find him at an area disc golf course playing with a group of friends.
Shannon Cathey serves clients in sales, mergers and acquisitions of privately held businesses offering experience, dedication and confidentiality.
Since graduating from the University of Alabama in Huntsville with a degree in Business Administration, Shannon has worked in sales and management in the telecommunication, retail, and electronic payment industries. Her expertise in business and marketing led her to become a Business Broker so she could help men and women realize their dreams of business ownership!
Her business brokerage experience ranges from small restaurants to large service related businesses. This broad background and experience is now available to her clients in the business sales and acquisitions marketplace.
In her spare time, Shannon enjoys country music, traveling, animal rescue, volunteering, and the Alabama Crimson Tide!
