As a lifelong entrepreneur, Rich has started and successfully managed close to 20 small businesses since 1985, when he graduated from the University of Florida. A Middle Tennessee resident for nearly 15 years, Rich currently lives in Franklin, TN. His son has recently graduated Union University in Jackson, TN and his daughter, currently attends Middle Tennessee State College in Murfreesboro, TN.

After graduating from Cumberland University with a degree in Business Administration, Brad served under many facets of business including operations, sales, finance, and even a little IT. His experience, entrepreneurial spirit and analytical skills have served him well. He’s known for his ability to provide kind and timely customer service while supporting the interests of all parties involved.
At the end of the day, Brad enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons. He also enjoys listening to music of most sorts, and he practices guitar and piano when he can find the time. On the weekends, you might find him at an area disc golf course playing with a group of friends.

Since graduating from the University of Alabama in Huntsville with a degree in Business Administration, Shannon has worked in sales and management in the telecommunication, retail, and electronic payment industries. Her expertise in business and marketing led her to become a Business Broker so she could help men and women realize their dreams of business ownership!

Meet Keyunta (Key) Dawson
A Texas Tech graduate and the former owner of successful small businesses, I specialize in representing both buyers and sellers of pre-existing businesses both large and small. I was born and raised as the son of a minister and entrepreneur in Shreveport, LA. Prior to real estate investment and business brokering I was a professional athlete. I was blessed to play 8 years in the NFL for the Colts, Lions, Titans and Saints. Under Tony Dungy, I was a 2 year starter and in 2009 had a career highlight of playing in Super Bowl 41.

I am a firm believer in giving back. I am passionate about our local church families and community - Fellowship Bible Church, Franklin and Axis Church, Nashville. I volunteer with Second Harvest and Habitat for Humanity. My wife and I currently sponsor 2 children through Circle of Hope International, a Malawi, Africa non-profit organization.
